Rooftop Movies is in the heart of Northbridge, surrounded by the hustle and bustle of a thriving entertainment precinct. Rooftop Movies is proud to be in an area that has so much on offer to the people of Perth and this is something that makes the venue truly unique.

As an outdoor cinema with no walls and ceilings, there are sounds from nearby venues and events but we like to think that this adds to the experience and creates an atmosphere like no other. Please be aware that you may hear outside noise, and that an outdoor cinema will not sound like your standard cinema experience. Rooftop Movies works with sound specialists and surrounding venues to make sure that the sound is the best it can absolutely be.

Drive In

Being on the top of a car park makes it really easy to drive in!

For Rooftop Movies customers only, you can park at the CPP Roe Street Car Park for just $10! Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for rules on receiving the parking discount when visiting Rooftop Movies.

How to receive your Rooftop Movies Parking Discount:

1. Park at CPP Roe Street Car Park and collect your parking ticket upon entry.

2. Catch the lift to level 6 and present your parking ticket to the Box Office to get your ticket validated.

3. Pay for your parking ticket at the CPP Pay Stations in the car park. These are located on ground level.

4. Once your ticket has been validated, you can pay at any time of the night. We recommend you pay early, to avoid post-movie queues at the Pay Stations. When paying for your ticket you must press “PREPAY” on the machine to redeem your discount.

5. Once you’ve paid for your ticket, you can exit the car park as usual.

We're a quick 8 minute walk from the Perth Underground station.

Keep an eye out for the Rooftop Movies sign when waking along Roe street or crossing the footbridge.

Pedestrian entrance is from James Street - take the lifts all the way to the sixth floor and you're there! No access to the roof via stairs.
