Rooftop Movies honours the companion card ticketing scheme and is wheelchair accessible with accessible toilets on site.
All Rooftop Movies tickets come with bean bag seating. If bean bag seating will not be suitable, please get in contact with us by emailing access@rooftopmovies.com.au.
BOOKING A COMPANION CARD TICKET
Ticket purchases made by a Companion Card holder can receive a second, complimentary ticket to the same session for a carer or companion (subject to availability).
Here’s how you redeem a complimentary ticket for your companion:
Booking on the Rooftop Movies Website
We will need to process your complimentary companion ticket after you have made a paid ticket purchase from this website. Please follow these steps:
Choose your film in the online program and book a paid ticket.
To receive your complimentary ticket for your companion or carer, please email access@rooftopmovies.com.au at least 72 hours before the session with your order confirmation email and companion card number so that we can process an accompanying companion ticket for you.
Please make sure to include in your email if you have any accessibility requirements that may need to be considered for your comfort on the day of the movie.
You will then be emailed with the details of your complimentary companion card ticket.
Please note that the bearer of the complimentary companion card ticket must be able to present the companion card on the night to staff when requested.

NOTIFYING rooftop movies OF YOUR ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
If you have bought Rooftop Movies tickets and have specific access requirements, please email us at access@rooftopmovies.com.au or call 08 9227 6288 at least 72 hours before the session with your order number, phone number, companion card number (if relevant) and details of your specific access request.
There is wheelchair access via the elevator to Rooftop Movies, all the way to the roof of the carpark.
If you are parking, there are designated ACROD parking bays located on the ground floor of the car park which you can access from 68 Roe Street, Northbridge.
Accessible bathrooms are located on the ground floor of the building.
On the evening, we recommend arriving early and making yourself known to the Box Office Attendant on level 6 to notify them of your access requirements.
