Mother Nature sometimes likes to rain on our parade, but we're not easily scared... performances will still go ahead with light/intermittent rain, so come prepared. However, if the weather is particularly bad, we'll notify you by SMS and email by 5pm at the latest. Make sure to check your inbox (including your junk!) and our Facebook page.

Don’t worry, if we have to cancel due to wet weather, you’ll receive a notification about a refund in the following days. So keep calm and let's weather this storm together!

Can I hear other events and venues from Rooftop Movies?

Surrounded by all the action, we're proud to be part of Northbridge – and that's what makes us one-of-a-kind.

We're an open-air venue which means you might sometimes hear some of that James St action, but we make sure to crank the sound so you won’t miss a word. If you’re particularly concerned about noise, how about opting for a weekday show instead? We've got you covered, with two shows a night, 5 nights a week Wednesday-Sunday!

Do you offer group booking packages?

Assemble your crew of 6 or more for a group discount! Keep in mind, seating is first come, first served, so make sure you arrive early to get the best spots! Do I need to print my ticket, or can I show it on my phone?

Save the trees, we’ll scan your ticket from your phone! You can look up your order via Order History, which includes your transaction details and a QR Code.

I can’t remember my password. Can you help?

We've all been there... When you're checking out, tap that "reset password" link then check your inbox and follow the instructions.

How do Gift Vouchers work?

Gift Vouchers can be purchased here.

Upon purchase, you'll be asked if you'd like to share your voucher electronically with someone. Your purchased vouchers can also be accessed and shared through your order history.

Vouchers are redeemable for Rooftop Movies tickets only and are not valid for food or beverage purchases.

How Do I Buy Tickets?

You can purchase tickets directly from our website. Visit our What’s On page to pick-your-flick and select which ticket type you want, then simply follow the instructions.

If you’re passing by, you can always buy a ticket on the door... but remember to check the website to make sure the movie isn’t sold out, and don’t forget we are a cashless venue!

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Yep - If the show has not sold out online. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

I booked tickets but can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?

Once you hit that 'book' button, that’s it! There are no escape pods for booking bloopers or sudden "I changed my mind" moments. So, make sure you're on point with the deets before diving in. Rooftop Movies does not offer exchanges or refunds.

I can’t find my ticket, what do I do?

Accidentally deleted your order confirmation email? No dramas! You can look up your orders through your Order History which will give you your transaction details and QR Code.

How is Rooftop Movies accessible?

We aim to make Rooftop Movies accessible to all. Our venue can be accessed via an elevator to the 6th floor, we hold Open Caption sessions throughout the season and we honour the Companion Card fair ticket scheme. Can I BYO food and alcohol?

We’re a licensed venue so you cannot BYO alcohol.

But fear not, we’ve got a well-stocked bar filled with your fave beers from Gage Roads, wines from MadFish and even some cocktails from Idle Hands! Our Candy Bar is also loaded with snacks and our onsite food vendor, Benedict’s Burgerbuns, will be serving mouth-watering eats from 6pm-8pm!

How do I get there? Where do I Park?

Find us on the 6th floor of the City of Perth Roe St Car Park.

CPP parking in Northbridge is free after 6pm. Make sure you arrive with plenty of time before your movie start time as parking spots can fill up fast, especially on the weekend! We cannot guarantee parking will be available at the venue. You can get all the nitty-gritty details about parking by visiting the CPP website.

Do you hire out blankets?

Yes, we do! You can hire a blanket at the Rooftop Movies Bar for $8. If you've purchased a Premium Lounge ticket then you get one for free!

I have special dietary requirements. Will you have options for me?

Our onsite caterer Benedict's Burgerbuns has vegan, dairy-free, vegetarian and gluten-free options on their menu. The popcorn that is popped fresh daily at the Candy Bar is also vegan! Visit our F&B Page for more info plus menus!

What payment types do you accept?

We are a cashless venue! Only debit and credit cards are accepted.

What proof of ID will I need for entry?

Click here to find out about acceptable identification for proof-of-age in Western Australia.

Please note that international driver’s licences will not be accepted as valid forms of ID.
